To get there driving:

On the Hutchinson River Parkway:

From the North—Take exit 18E (Mill Rd./North Ave.). Turn right to take North Avenue southbound. Take a sharp left at Broadview Avenue, go behind the statue, and straight onto Sicard Avenue. The Cottage is on the left.

From the South—Take exit 17 at North Avenue and go southbound. Take a sharp left at Broadview Avenue, go behind the statue, and straight onto Sicard Avenue. The Cottage is on the left.

On I-95:

Take exit 16 and follow signs to North Avenue. Go north on North Avenue. Take an angled right at Broadview Avenue (at the statue) and go straight onto Sicard Avenue. The Cottage is on the left.

Alternative Directions:

Take the Metro-North at Fordham plaza and buy a ticket to New Rochelle. Its three stops away. When you get to New Rochelle, I recommend just taking a cab, that way you don’t get lost. There’s a bus that leaves you right near the Cottage, but seeing the bus is like seeing a unicorn, it’s rare! Public transportation is not the same in New Rochelle as in the City.
